Seminar "Interest of wine components in pathologies prevention and well being"

This Seminar is organized jointly between CITAB and the INNOVINE & WINE Platform and brings to UTAD a specialist researcher in the areas of cell biochemistry and molecular biology, the prevention of cancer by natural compounds via pro-apoptosis and the effects of compounds in wine on health. Prof. Norbert Latruffe is the author of 400 international publications, including 180 articles in peer-review journals, 6 books, 34 book chapters, 160 congress papers and 2 scientific films (h-index: 32; citations: 4,393).
