The 31st EGF General Meeting will take place in 2026 in Évora, from 12 to 16 April 2026.

The theme will be “Challenges and Innovations for Grasslands Resilience” and the event will be organised into several sessions:

#1 - Climate change and grasslands soil and water management;

#2 - Agroforestry, pastoralism and society;

#3 - Breeding for new challenges;

#4 - Sustainable livestock production systems based on grasslands: Challenges and opportunities;

#5 - Grasslands and rural land policy tools.

Prof. Henrique Trindade is the Chair of the Scientific Committee of the 31st General Meeting.
