O livro "Guia do Pão em Portugal"

The sixth episode of "Harvesting Knowledge" continues on June 27th.

The sixth episode will feature Rita Beltrão, who has a PhD in Agricultural Production Chains (Agrichains), works with CITAB and co-founded the company Terrius. In recent years, Rita has dedicated her research to the use of under-valued ingredients, particularly in bread making.

Ana Barros will moderate the talk.
