FCT approved 33 fellowships for two CITAB summer courses, under a financial support packgage for students as a measure to tackle the COVID-19 crisis. The "Verão com Ciência" initiative approved 57K€ for the 3-months summer courses "Ecocampus Living Lab - Educação para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável” and “Curso Prático - Aplicação de modelos biológicos a estudos de ecotoxicologia", coordinated by CITAB researchers Carlos Afonso and Ana Coimbra, respectively. Both courses are expected to start on July 30th 2020. At UTAD's webpage students can apply to the fellowships (from 22th to 28th July 2020).
